intuitive design inspired by a hexagonal puzzle design by my 7yo. this piece incorporates the adinkra symbol okodee mmowere, which translates as "the talons of the eagle" and is a symbol of strength & bravery. adinkra symbols come from the west african akan people of côte d'ivoire & ghana, and can be found in various places across jamaica.
